Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

Damaged upon delivery
If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (photos) within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
